Kanpur, if poetry, stories and late-evening conversations are your kind of thing, there’s a new show to add to your calendar. Chikka On Roll by Ruchika Lohiya is coming to the city on October 24, 2026, as part of its India tour.
The show blends poetry, spoken word and storytelling in Hindi and English, with Ruchika exploring themes that feel especially relatable to young audiences — from adulting and love to friendships, healing and navigating life in your twenties.
The Kanpur show is scheduled at Studio XO Bar, giving the evening a more intimate setting for Ruchika’s mix of heartfelt writing and humour.
