

Kanpur is gearing up for a grand celebration of wellness and holistic living as Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) announces a Yoga Fortnight from June 9 to June 21, 2026, to mark International Yoga Day. The university will host a series of yoga-focused activities under the global theme "Yoga for Healthy Aging", bringing together students, faculty, senior citizens, yoga practitioners, and residents from across the city.
The 15-day event aims to spread awareness about the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga while encouraging people of all age groups to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
