The three-day Bithoor Mahotsav will be held from February 10 to 12 at the Nana Rao Memorial Park. In this program, exhibitions of famous products of Uttar Pradesh will be organised under One District One Product Scheme. This information was given by Chief Development Officer Sudhir Kumar. He said that in this program various competitions will be organised in Inter College and Degree College of Kanpur city.
The first competition will be held in colleges and the final competitions will culminate in Bithoor Mahotsav. To organise a grand event of Bithoor Mahotsav, under the One District One Product Scheme, exhibition of famous products of different districts, various beneficial schemes of the government, foot court, kids play zone and various cultural programs will be organised.
Discussions are going on rapidly for the detailed outline of the program of the festival. To ensure the functioning of the festival, the tender will be issued on time after completing all the formalities. DM instructed Kanpur Boat Club to host boat races, cultural events, and competitions for students from various education centres.
