Encourage them. Please don't bring anyone down with "this can't be done". Be there for them. And this is not just for women. Do this on a human level.

What are some of the biggest challenges you face as a woman in your workplace?
Challenges came initially, when I was starting out. I was considered a young woman who couldn't have a REAL business. And this was very common opinion for women-folk from business families. Although as the years went by, this changed.
What are some positive experiences you have had as a woman in the workplace?
Fortunately, the industry that I am in is kind towards women since it is supported by other women. We all grow together here.

What is the greatest accomplishment of a women you admire?
Every women who has dreamed and achieved is the one i admire. She teaches me that there is no pattern for happiness. After all at the end all that we want is to be happy.
