The city has resumed preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's potential visit on May 30th. Prior to the terrorist incident in Pahalgam, Kashmir on April 22, the prime minister was scheduled to launch and lay the foundation stone for 11 significant projects in the city on April 24. These projects included the Ghatampur-Panki power plant and the metro.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also conducted a ground inspection of all the projects, including the metro, in anticipation of PM Modi's arrival in April. Once more, the administrative personnel began getting ready as soon as the Prime Minister's Office provided any information regarding the PM's potential arrival in the city on May 30th.

The Prime Minister is creating a plan for the inauguration and laying of the foundation stones for eleven projects at CSA Ground. These projects were chosen for April's inauguration and laying of the foundation stone. PM Modi can mark the projects as completed. It is hoped that by the end of the month, city dwellers would have the opportunity to use the metro from IIT to Ghantaghar.

The PM's May visit can also involve the inauguration and laying of the foundation stones for a few new projects. The elevated railway track between Mandhana and Anwarganj is also included in this.
