On March 25, a special event with the theme "Service, Security, and Good Governance" was also held in Kanpur to mark the end of four years. Yogendra Upadhyay, the higher education minister for Uttar Pradesh, Asim Arun, the minister of state for social welfare, and Prashant Kumar, the director general of police (DGP), officially opened the event.
