In order to improve focus, emotional stability, and general mental health, TAOL will lead specialist sessions at IIT Kanpur that incorporate breathing exercises, mindfulness exercises, and meditation. The event will feature group activities, interactive discussions, and guided meditation sessions delivered by TAOL's skilled facilitators.
The initiative's initial phase for interested students is set to begin in the last week of March at IIT Kanpur with plans for ongoing participation to guarantee a long-lasting effect.
Speaking on the collaboration, Professor Pratik Sen, IIT Kanpur's Dean of Students Affairs, stated: "At IIT Kanpur, we think that mental and emotional health and academic success go hand in hand. Our goal in working with TAOL is to give our students useful resources that will improve their general quality of life and enable them to properly manage stress.”
