Gliders India, a defence public sector initiative, and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur's Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) have partnered to promote innovation in healthcare.

Gliders India will offer financial assistance as well as mentoring to startups at SIIC that are working on cutting edge medical technology, digital health solutions, telemedicine apps, and advances in healthcare infrastructure as part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnership. 

With the help of Gliders India's industry knowledge and IIT Kanpur's technological prowess, the alliance hopes to create effective solutions that solve important healthcare issues in India. Gliders India aims to facilitate the growth and commercialization of startups by providing them with industry resources, market networks, and domain expertise.

With the strategic backing of the Kanpur-based PSU, these entrepreneurs will be able to successfully negotiate the complicated healthcare landscape.
